My HVAC system stopped working on a Sunday afternoon about three weeks ago. A HVAC specialist from Ogeechee Heating and Air arrived at my house within a short period on that same Sunday. Unfortunately, my HVAC unit was over 30 years old, and could not be fixed, but the specialist tried very hard to fix it. The company temporarily installed two window units that day for free. Then, replaced my HVAC system Tuesday morning at a reasonable fair price. Then, I called on a Thursday afternoon around 5:00 P.M. because our unit had a manufacturer issue with the drip pan. Things happen, but A specialist arrived within 30 minutes after calling to diagnose the problem. The HVAC was turned off for one night, but it was fixed by a specialist from Ogeechee Heating and Air at no cost to me. Plus, two temporary window units were provided at no cost on Thursday afternoon. The best part was that the boss/manager of the company called my wife himself to apologize for the manufacturer issue. I highly suggest utilizing Ogeechee Heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Xander performed our scheduled maintenance. He was extremely courteous and professional. He checked all of our units and gave me a detailed verbal explanation of the condition of our system.
Xander called 45 minutes before arrival. He worked unsupervised and did a great job with servicing/tune up on the AC unit. He was prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He called as he was leaving and updated me with the work preformed. I also like their invoice system. It is very efficient and easy to use. When we call, we speak with someone, rather than having to leave a message, and always get a prompt response. Xander was very polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection and changed and cleaned the filters very efficiently. He was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is someone I would welcome back into my home for sure. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
